About Quiroz Auto Heroes
For owner Alexia Quiroz, the automotive industry has always been part of life. Growing up around her family’s Chicago-area auto repair shop, Alexia learned early that the best way to build a successful business isn’t through flashy promises—it’s by earning the trust of every customer who walks through the door. When the opportunity came to open Quiroz Auto Heroes in Villa Park, she brought those same family values with her while creating a modern repair facility equipped for today’s increasingly sophisticated vehicles.
A Family Tradition with a Modern Approach
Our philosophy is simple: provide quality repairs, communicate honestly, and always do what’s right for the customer. We strive to deliver factory-level automotive service while maintaining the personal attention and straightforward communication you expect from a family-owned business.
At Quiroz Auto Heroes, we want you to understand your vehicle and feel comfortable with the decisions you make about its care. Our team explains why a repair is recommended, not simply what needs to be replaced. We welcome questions and second opinions, and we'll even keep replaced parts available for you to inspect.
No pressure. No unnecessary mystery. Just straightforward automotive service.
Advanced Auto Diagnostics & Repair Technology
Modern vehicles require modern equipment. That's why Quiroz Auto Heroes continually invests in advanced diagnostic tools and technology to help our technicians accurately identify automotive problems.
Our capabilities include OEM-level scan tools, digital vehicle inspections, thermal imaging technology for EV diagnostics, alignment resources through Hunter equipment partners, and torque traceability procedures. These investments allow our technicians to combine years of hands-on automotive knowledge with the technology required to properly service today's cars, SUVs, trucks, hybrids, and electric vehicles.
From routine maintenance and brake service to advanced diagnostics and more complex repairs, we approach every vehicle with attention to detail.
